What to bring

  • Good vibes – Positive energy, open hearts, and festival joy ✨

  • Torch or headlamp – Nights can be dark and magical

  • Reusable plate, bowl, cutlery & keep cup – We’re a low-waste event

  • Water bottle – Stay hydrated at our refill stations

  • Warm clothes & sun protection – The Wheatbelt weather can swing both ways

  • Picnic rug, cushion, yoga mat or beanbag – Get comfy for workshops, music, and stargazing

  • Low camp chairs (for festival zones) – Regular-height chairs are welcome at your campsite, but please only bring low chairs into the main festival area to ensure clear views for everyone

  • Bike, scooter, or even a gopher! – Think Rottnest style; wheels welcome (no cars in some zones)

  • Raincoat & sturdy shoes – Just in case

  • Earplugs – If you're a light sleeper or camping with kiddos

  • Your curiosity & creativity – Come ready to play, make, learn, and listen

  • First aid kit – Basic supplies like band-aids, antiseptic wipes, pain relievers, and any personal medication

  • Power bank or portable charger – To keep phones and devices charged

  • Cash or cards – Some vendors may only accept cash, or for convenience

  • Festival program or schedule – To plan your activities

  • Personal hygiene items – Hand sanitizer, biodegradable wipes, toothbrush, toothpaste, and deodorant

  • Insect repellent – For outdoor evenings

  • Extra batteries or light sources – For headlamps or flashlights

  • Reusable bags – For shopping or carrying gear

What not to bring

  • Alcohol – This is a licensed event and no BYO is permitted

  • Drugs – This is a family-friendly festival

  • Campfires or fire pits – Fire restrictions are in place

  • Generators – Enjoy the serenity and respect your neighbours

  • Cooking or heating appliances – We’ve got plenty of affordable, delicious food options available — leave the gear at home and treat yourself to a real break!

  • Pets – We love them, but they must stay home

  • Single-use plastics – Help us reduce waste and tread lightly

  • Valuables – Expensive jewellery or items that aren’t festival essentials

  • Glass bottles or breakables – To prevent accidents

  • Non-recyclable waste – As part of eco-friendly practices

  • Large, bulky items – That aren’t necessary for the festival setting

  • Unapproved items – Like drones or fireworks, unless explicitly allowed

  • Heavy or non-essential camping gear – To keep your setup simple and manageable
