  • Check in for all camping sites is between 8am and 10am on Sunday.

  • Gates for glamping sites opens at 9am Sunday.

  • If you are bringing a camper van or a tent on the top of your vehicle for golf course bush camping, please enter at the main Goomalling Golf Club entrance at 10 Netherby Road, Goomalling.

  • If you have a tent or a swag, please enter the golf course for bush camping via Beecroft Road.

  • Additional information will be sent to family campers staying overnight at Goomalling Primary School.

  • Arrivals to camping grounds after 11am Sunday are strongly discouraged and vehicle movements on all camp grounds will be restricted after this time for the safety of all.

  • Please be prepared to unload your camping gear and then move your car back to the designated car park, directed by our volunteers.

  • This means you'll need eskies with ice to preserve your food inside your tent. Please assume you won’t have easy access to your car (if it has plug-in refrigerators or freezers on board).

  • The lovely folk at the town’s only supermarket are closing this long weekend to head off on their first holiday in years. So please stock up the esky before you come or shop for the basics in the towns of Toodyay or Northam on the way to Goomalling. A selection of basics and fresh food is available at the town’s two service stations at Dunnings and BP.

  • Don't worry, we have many food trucks at the Recreation Centre, and breakfast cook-ups at every camping site. So sit back and enjoy while someone else does all the work!

  • No cooking, camp stoves, open fires or generators are allowed on our various camp sites. This is for fire management, for risk management planning, and insurance. Our hosts are the local school, golf club, tennis club and hockey club, so we need to respect their generous agreement to host festival guests overnight.

  • It goes without saying that there will be lots of portaloos for bush camping on the natural golf course, so please use them, not the bush!

  • Water stations will be available for refilling water bottles, but there are no showers on the camping grounds.

  • Pets need to stay at home.

  • Some roads will be closed in the centre of town to prepare for our event, so please be prepared to be flexible when navigating!

  • Feel free to bring bikes to get around town. Everything is in comfortable riding distance. Golf buggies will be available for people with mobility challenges.

  • Please wait until our closing ceremony at 12.30pm Monday 29 September until departure. If you need to leave earlier, you will be guided by our volunteer marshalls.
